Zotac GT 730 GDDR5 makes me feel very surprised. At this price range, I’m prepared for a small, short graphics card, fan cooler and no mask.
But not! Before my eyes, the product is relatively pitiful. While the material is not worth mentioning, it is still aluminum heat sink, plastic mask stickers but the way make of Zotac extremely clever.
Although still using black-orange tones attached to the brand, Zotac has moved the orange from the radiator fan to the contours on the mask, making the GT 730 GDDR5 look dreadful than the popular Series 600 products.
Although the circuit board is still very short but the lines of the card make me associate the product with a modern tank.
Blade blade is a significant change of Zotac, this design for high winds but extremely low noise. I especially appreciate this because I really do not like the old orange radiator fan, but cool and smooth but … bad
The blade blade is actually nothing new, many used but equipped in a popular product is rare.
The card is equipped with three basic video outputs: DVI, Dsub and HDMI, which can output up to three monitors simultaneously
Components and heat dissipation
If the appearance of the card is very prominent, components are not worth mentioning. In order to meet the TDP of less than 50W of the GT 730, Zotac is equipped with one GPU phase and one phase memory. Although only one GPU phase but this phase is larger than usual, equipped with up to three low-impedance mosfets to control.
The heatsink is just a slim piece of aluminum, which is highly threaded to use the material more effectively.
The card runs at clock speed of 902/1253 MHz – with the default pulse of Nvidia
The Zotac GT 730 GDDR5 continues to surprise me with its 1090/1500 MHz pulse. With this clock, the performance definitely increases. I will bench the card at two levels of default pulse and 1090/1500 MHz in the test test.
Temperature – Noise
The room temperature at the test time is 17 degrees C. The card temperature when using the benchtable:
– Idle: 26 degrees C.
– Gaming (Default 902/1253 MHz): 45 degrees C; 32% fan.
– Gaming (OC 1090/1500 MHz): 48 degrees C; 34% fan.
The radiator works excellently in both temperature and noise. Even when I speed up to 100% the card only emits a very small sound, can not hear if the case case. Actual use of heat sink fans only speed from 40% down, ensuring 100% silent.
