DESIGN

PERFORMANCE
Tested on the Ivy Bridge platform with the BMC Gigabyte Z77-UD5H, Intel Core i7-3770K processor and integrated HD Graphics 4000 graphics. The tests include PCMark 05 and AIDA64 Memory Benchmark which measures read, write, copy and PCMark 7 speeds to evaluate the effects on system performance when RAM is changed. Results of the tests get the highest value after 3 runs.
With the default setting of the BMC, Test Lab found the 8GB Dominator kit operates at 1.333MHz, timing 9-9-9-24 and 48.4ns high latency.
With PCMark 05 (RAM only), the Dominator kit 8GB reached 14,283 points.
More specifically, with AIDA64, the read speed, write speed, and copy performance of the kit are quite high, with read speeds of 15,992 MB / sec (15.62 GB / s), 18,549 MB / S (18,11 GB / s) and copy is 17,287 MB / s (16.88 GB / s). Compared with the Vengeance kit 4GB in the same clock, the results of Dominator kit 8GB higher from 1.1% to 5.1%.
