The Intel Core i5 750 is the flagship processor for the Lynnfield line of high-performance, high-performance desktops for business and leisure use.

The Intel Core i5 750 is based on the Nehalem architecture with four completely independent internal cores, communicating and sharing data with an 8MB L3 cache. The BXL clocked at 2.66GHz, supporting DDR3 memory at 1600MHz and running on the LGA1156 socket. Thanks to 45nm technology, the power consumption of the processor is only 95W. The Intel Core i5 750 integrates 16 PCI Express 2.0 lanes to interface directly with the discrete graphics on the BMC instead of through the southbridge as the previous Intel processors.
