Design

Macaw T1000 is quite simple design, just two housing connected by a string! The housing of the headphones is made quite large, much larger than normal headphones. On both sides of the ear contains the receiver, the battery and the charger should be enlarged. On the left side there is a micro USB port for charging, this port is covered with plastic to resist water and is very solid! The housing is made of plastic but feels heavy, hand-built and sturdy. Nozzle tip is small, can fit both the tips of many firm and Spinfit.

The controls are placed closer to the right ear, made of plastic and have all 3 buttons pause / play and volume. Wires are welded to prevent breakage. Headphones are designed to withstand sweat as well as lightweight water, so users will be comfortable to exercise without having to worry about headphones! Overall, the headphones are solidly designed, sturdy, the only downside is probably the slightly larger housing, which will not fit into anyone with smaller ears than the average. Sound insulation is also good if you choose the right tips and wear it the right way, but these nozzle cross headphones like this will not sound completely like other headphones.

Sound

The sound of the Macaw products from GT100s so far has not changed much. With the T1000, as an exercise headset, the company has also increased the volume of bass to a little to increase the excitement. But in general, the headphones still have a balanced, natural sound and a slight warmth. This sound makes the T1000 a good earpiece, which can suit more people

Bass

One thing I like about Macaw is that it never makes too much of a difference in the music, especially the bass. The RT10 adds a bit of bass, but the overall sound quality is quite balanced and easy to hear. By the T1000, the company also raised the bass up a bit for those who exercise to play the lively music. But this amount of bass compared with the general market is not too much, just a little more than average, the price under $50 is pretty much wired earphones have much lower than the T1000. This bass just enough to play the dance, Electro without feeling a serious shortage, but not too much to play jazz excessively.

Trying to Walk in the air, there was plenty left to feel the majesty of the song, but not enough to encroach on Yao si ting’s voice, the bass was rather moderate! Bass is also placed away from singers and other instruments, so even though it is a bit more average, the music is always separated. The bass of the T1000 is slightly farther down the sub bass so it feels more horizontal than the same headphones. Sub bass is quite deep, of course it is light when touching a frequency, but deep enough for deep drums like Walking In The Air mentioned above. The superficial stretches to the sides of the ear, with a slight pull of the tail and then completely off. Also, the overall depth of the T1000 feels soft, warm and less punchy, in line with the longer drum play, Contrabass. With rock songs featuring high-speed drum solo, the mid-bass T1000 is not fast enough, as well as stretching to perform perfectly, but it’s not that bad. This bass also contributes to the sound of the headset a bit darker, perhaps the company does so to compensate for the open design, often making the sound thin.

Mid

The mid-section of the T1000 is just like its predecessor, which is completely straightforward, not a genre of music or a separate genre. Unlike the GT100s, this headset is slightly mid-pitched. But in general, users will still have long-lasting sound quality from this headset. The mid section is slightly backdated to the score, not too advanced. Mid is thick, warm and sweet. I use the T1000 and S500i at the same time, and these two headphones are quite different mid. The S500i has a mid-light, slim. If this does not match the sound, then T1000 will be the second option, with the opposite mid-range.

Treble

Because of the tendency of the bass, of course, the treble of the T1000 is not very prominent, with the main task is to fill the drum and singer. The treble is average and comparable to headphones like the Xiaomi Piston 3.0 or E10s bass, but it’s less than the treble-like headphones like the TTpod T1 or the Xiaomi 2.1. The amount of treble is not too short, but the way of playing the headset is not too prominent. Treble up to a segment will be rolled off lightly, so not up to the highest notes. Moreover, the treble speed of the headset is slightly higher, the treble has not been dissolved and the phenomenon has been interrupted. Treble space is also encapsulated, not expanded. But in general, treble also has the task of keeping the sound from being dark, as well as expanding the sound field a bit. With the treble-head need high volume as well as play high, the T1000 is probably not the best option.
