ASUS has introduced its ROG Ally handheld gaming console series which provides high-performance product options for affordable retail prices to create new opportunities in the mobile gaming market.

The ROG Ally functions as a handheld gaming device while it enables users to connect the device with a GPU dock which provides better performance for demanding gaming and professional applications. Users can connect their devices to a television to experience gaming in the same way as using a dedicated gaming console.

ASUS introduced its new ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro gaming controller to fulfill its planned requirements for the event.

The ROG Raikiri Pro gaming controller from ASUS stands as the company’s most expensive controller yet which includes multiple high-tech capabilities that other controllers do not possess.

What unique attributes does this controller possess that distinguishes it from other controllers? Find out the answer with us at Biareview.com.

The ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro controller made its first appearance during the ROG Ally launch event as an additional product which customers need to purchase separately from the main package.

The design of this controller creates an initial impression which resembles the design of Xbox Series X wireless controllers that most PC gamers already know.

ASUS has made a major shift in its controller design direction because the company previously created gaming controllers with symmetrical designs which includes the ASUS ROG Kunai controller used with the ROG Phone 7.

The ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro controller design closely matches Xbox Series X controllers because it has a comfortable size and a durable construction made of thick matte plastic which does not bend like other controllers.

The controller’s weight is also moderate at just over 300g which gives the controller a more substantial feel than the original Xbox Series X controller but the weight stays under a threshold which would make players experience hand fatigue during long gaming sessions.

ASUS has improved its button design through shorter button travel which allows users to experience shallower button presses that resemble previous controller models. The button responsiveness is even less than the original Microsoft controller which might feel unfamiliar to console gamers but this also allows for a more responsive controller.

The joystick and shoulder buttons function as analog controls because they lack dead zones which enables users to execute in-game actions with great accuracy.

Through the Amoriy Crate controller users can customize their shoulder buttons with three different modes which enables them to fully personalize their gaming experience.

The ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro features an integrated monochrome OLED screen which functions as its most prominent design element because it occupies the most visible location on the controller. The screen currently operates as a decorative element which lacks practical use but ASUS intends to work with game developers for future display enhancements.

The initial screen launch displays only visual effects together with controller details which include battery signal and operational modes that mirror the previous small display used by the ROG Thor 850W Platinum power supply.

The controller contains an ESSTech DAC/Amp chip which improves audio and call performance for 3.5mm headphones, but users need to connect the controller to either ROG Ally or a PC through USB Type-C for the feature to function.

Three connection methods exist for the ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro game controller which include cable connection and Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4GHz radio adapter with low latency while the original XBOX Series X controller supported two connection methods only.

The controller back features four shoulder buttons which users can program to function as they want, which provides similar functionality to the XBOX Controller Elite 2 high-end model.

The ASUS ROG Raikiri Pro functions as a next-generation gaming controller which provides complete gaming capabilities to PC players through its Windows support and layout that resembles XBOX Series X controllers.

The new generation ASUS controller costs much higher than XBOX Series X controllers, but it provides users with numerous professional features which make the controller suitable for competitive gaming.
