We tried purchasing Choetech’s 5-coil Induction Wireless Quick Charge Dual Charger, denoted T535-S, to see if this product is good. The best and most noticeable feature of this wireless fast-charging dual charger is that it allows you to charge 2 phones at the same time, rotating horizontally and vertically as much as you want.
Open the box
Choetech’s 5-coil wireless dual charger is available in black, shaped like a giant capsule. Inside the box there is also a USB-C cable, a manual and a worldwide warranty card.
About design
Choetech charger is very sleek, thin, and light. The upper surface is covered with a PU leather layer with mesh lines to help prevent your phone from slipping on. The underside is a rough plastic with 4 friction rubber bases that keep the charger from moving. The air vents on the bottom are pretty much arranged to keep the charger from getting too hot to affect the phone.
The weight of this charger is very light. I also did not expect that despite containing 5 coil of inductor inside, it was so light. On the front edge of the charger there is an LED to indicate the charging status. While charging, the LED will be displayed in green. On the back edge is a USB-C port. You can use it with a 5V-3A charger or up to 9V-3A.
Actual use
Since Choetech’s dual wireless charger inside contains up to 5 inductors, it creates a large charging area to help you charge your phone efficiently. This is the only fast charger on the market where you can set your phone 360 degrees to charge, meaning you can rotate the phone comfortably.
The highest charging capacity of this charger is up to 20W. This means the charger supports both Apple Fast Charge 7.5W and Samsung Fast Charge 10W. You can charge Apple and Samsung phones at the same time without a hitch. I tried charging iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy Note 8 at the same time and found the charging speed is similar, about 2 hours 35 minutes to charge from 10% -100%, and if charging a phone separately, it takes nearly 2 hours.
