In addition to the standard 16:10 frame rate, the camera supports multiple aspect ratio slides, such as 4: 3, 16: 9, or Auto adjusts the frame rate depending on the image source. .

The front of the machine has a seamless design due to not equipped with radiator heat dissipation as some models. The lenses of the 1.2: 1 magnifying lens are lined with a blue which is quite eye catching and has a protective cap that is very safe from dust from the environment. The Infocus IN3118HD supports up to 247-inch frames at a distance of 10m from the machine to the screen. Users can also fine-tune the vertical (+/- 30%) square degree easily.

The Infocus IN3118HD’s manual zoom lens incorporates a fine-tuning rotation and zoom in / out of the frame size.

The entire right-sided area for large heat sinks does not use an internal dust filter.

The left side of the machine is designed similar to the right side with the large heat sink, ensuring good ventilation for the machine.

The back port of the machine is quite rich and diverse. Presentation quality

To test the machine’s performance, Test Lab also connects the Infocus IN3118HD to your PC via the included VGA cable. The projector automatically sets the standard resolution (1920×1080). With a distance of about 2 meters from the screen, Infocus IN3118HD has a frame size of about 60″. After selecting the default settings for brightness, contrast, color display, and Display Mode as “Normal”, Test Lab decided to turn off all lights in the room as well as the lights. Processing to minimal ambient light. Overall, with a brightness of 3600 Lumen, the 60″ frame has good brightness, color images look quite natural. Also in the slideshow mode with these default settings, the Infocus IN3118HD fan system is not too noisy even when it is about 1 meter away.

In addition to the “Normal” presentation mode, the Infocus IN3118HD supports a variety of preset modes for various presentation purposes such as Video, Bright, Whiteboard (Whiteboard), Blackboard (blackboard), Beige Wall.

Also with the initial default settings, the Test Lab shows Infocus IN3118HD under the condition of having extra light from multiple fluorescents in the room. As a result, the brightness of the frame is slightly reduced, and the image is slightly lighter, but still acceptable. Under the condition of playing multiple sub light sources, users can also choose the presentation mode is “Bright” to increase the brightness of the frame. However, with this setting, the color of the image appears to be more yellowish.

Infocus IN3118HD also passes tests of office productivity with spreadsheets, text as well as slideshows. Trying to entertain the machine by displaying 1080p Full HD footage, Test Lab found that the fast-moving scenes were smoothly reproduced. Although the built-in speakers 5w capacity of the machine is relatively “quiet” when the volume is full, but the sound is quite good and clear.

The menu interface on the IN3118HD is more intuitive than the IN116, although it is more than 2 meters away. Manipulating the remote control system on the remote control is easy – because the buttons are large and the layout is quite reasonable. Particularly with the control knob on the back of the machine is large size, but the design is somewhat difficult to manipulate – because the distance between buttons is quite large.

In general, the Infocus IN3118HD is able to display well even in multiple light sources – suitable for teaching purposes as well as for use in large office areas.
