Design
Lenovo k900 looks quite impressive, when using stainless steel material for polycarbonate back cover and the edges are painted metal imitation. Metal Material provides luxurious, with impressive feeling “cool hand” for k900. Besides, the very square edges and fairly large screen size, the style of the k900 suggested to Sony Xperia Z Ultra. However, the machine compared to the Z Ultra is much smaller and quite thin (6.9 mm) and lightweight (162 g) than the other phablet.
Besides, both the upper and lower edges of k900 screen is quite thick, especially the bottom contour. Meanwhile, three touch buttons with symbols rather small machines, the difference is close to the screen, feeling quite large remaining contour.
The back of the machine is quite simple, is divided into two distinct parts and do not carry any information except the Lenovo brand with Intel’s logo. The machine’s power switch is arranged on the right side, but slightly higher near the top edge so sometimes a bit hard pressed. Near the power button is the SIM slot, and at opposite sides of the machine is the volume button. Headphone jack of the machine are arranged at the lower edge, along with MicroUSB connector. At the back of the machine has four metal screws, but the screws is only used for decoration, because even when unscrew the back cover of the well could not be removed.
Overall, k900 looks beautiful and impressive, with square designs and materials corresponding to a premium handset. Yet too angular design and size of the machine sometimes feels uncomfortable when used. We can say Lenovo k900 look nice but it does not really “joy”.
Screen
Lenovo k900 screen 5.5 inch size and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, reached 401 ppi pixel level. This screen uses IPS technology LCD display capable of showing good color and wide viewing angle, less color change when viewed from different angles. K900 screen size also gives the user a good experience for watching movies, surfing the web or reading.
The screen of this phone is also integrated ultra-sensitive touch technology, allowing users to use when wearing gloves. In the process used, the machine’s screen works well with woolen gloves and thin fabrics but when used through the fabric is too thick (about 5 mm), the Lenovo k900 does not receive the signal.
Camera
K900 camera’s high-resolution, 13MP and using Exmor RS, with a maximum aperture of F1.8. Going along with impressive hardware specifications, Lenovo also equip their phones with the name Super Camera software supports custom mode (contrast, color saturation and sharpness …) and post-processing effects are quite carefully cared. Another interesting feature on this application is displayed on the frame of the third bar, so that users can select suitable layout. However, even if I chose photographs is 4: 3, cuts are still based on the frame aspect ratio of 16: 9, so the layout chosen based on the lines may not be accurate.
The camera mode in Super Camera plentiful, but sometimes it does affect image quality. When selected as the Burst mode or Macro, the maximum image resolution is achieved only 5 megapixels. When shooting with Macro mode, besides the background blurred slightly from conventional photographs, color photographs are also pushing up, pretty much darker than reality. When looking at the phone screen shots look pretty impressive, but when viewed on a computer, the colors will make them look unreal.

Performance
Lenovo k900 phone is Lenovo’s first to use the Atom Z2580 processor with Intel’s dual-core but can calculate four parallel streams through hyper-threading technology and operates at up to 2 GHz clock. Besides, the machine uses the processor and PowerVR SGX 544MP2 graphics equipped with 2GB of RAM.
Intel processors can not provide comparable performance computers that advanced Android operating system today but it has the advantage of less heat when operating. When I turn on the machine for more than 4 hours of continuous movie, or play games continuously for about 2 hours, the back cover of the machine is only slightly warm up a bit, but not much heat as the other metal shell phone.
Time battery
The battery of 2500 mAh capacity, is designed so that users can not remove it. In actual use, the battery reduce quickly if used 3G, gaming or photographed. When I photographed a row over one hour, the battery dropped from 90% to 50%.
For comparison, I tested the battery of tests by watching movies and playing games. In test movie, a movie played continuously with 720p resolution, 80% screen brightness, volume at 80% and headset jack. Generators film was 5 hours 15 minutes. In gaming tests, the machine can perform better. When on continuously tests GL Benchmark 2.5.1 application, simulator game situations with heavy graphics, the machines run only 2 hours 15 minutes.
Software and Features
Lenovo K900 preinstalled version of Android 4.2.1, along with familiar interface like the other models of Lenovo. Like the phone from Chinese maker Lenovo k900 has many features small but quite interesting, such as typing the screen twice to open itself to increase the ringer volume when in a pocket, dropped when picking up the phone ringing, or even shake your phone to turn off the screen. However the feature on and off the screen of the machine operation is not stable, after I activate the screen, tap to open the machine often open up when unwanted.
K900 also preinstalled apps Lenovo Power, a program manager for the phone battery Lenovo. In this application, users can view details about the battery usage of the programs and hardware, as well as choose the mode to save battery power.
MicroUSB port on Lenovo k900 is also available equipped with the ability to connect to other devices, also known as features USB On-The-Go (OTG), of course you’ll need a compatible cable to use feature. USB OTG helps users actively use external storage devices to carry, combined with the k900.

With the combination of advanced metal and plastic design with a very thin, crisp screen, good quality camera and the computer works very cool, k900 has many highlights to give the impression to the user.
Besides these advantages, k900 also some minus points. The design of the machine though beautiful, but not really feels best when used, the performance did not catch the top phone and the battery life is not important are the points that the machine can only classified as secondary phone on the market, not comparable to the Galaxy S4, HTC One or the iPhone 5s.
