Design

The M6p is designed to be worn over-the-ear or be call monitor. The M6p looks quite similar to the Moxpad X3, with soft rounded edges. The housing is made quite thin so can go deep into the ears of the listener, help not slip out if the user active. The headphones are light weight, and most of the weight is kept by the hook so the feel is comfortable, no annoying for long periods of time. M6p wire is a standard latex cord, which is quite thick and tough, so the durability is much improved compared to the home-made headphones. The M6p has two black and transparent versions. The transparent version, the user can see into the driver as well as the control circuit in the mic section of the headset. In general, M6p is designed for durability, long-term use and user convenience as possible. For those who are looking for a nice, colorful headset, M6p is not the best choice.

Sound

Designed for EDM, Rock, Pop and fitness enthusiasts, the M6p, along with the M6, is tune in a vibrant. The overall sound of M6p is quite dark, it seems a bit dark compared to the general trend of cheap headphones now. But this is also the point that the user likes in the M6p, a headset dedicated to listening to the music is vibrant!

Bass

Perhaps the first thing people hear from the M6p is the bass. The first time I tried M6p was after trying a headset from a BA from Remax. The headset from Remax has very little bass, so the difference makes M6p more prominent in this band. But one of the things that users will like about M6p is that although it is quite a lot, more than average but the feeling is not tired. Some Inear headphones have a lot of bass, emphasis on mid bass, as well as being very hard to play so the bass strings like “bang on the ear”

The M6p is fairly deep bass, ranging from low bass, mid bass and high mid to deep, even more historic. Try with Your man – cover by Home free group, the bass section of the leader is played quite thick, full volume. Do not break too fast, do not break too fast, but not too overflow cause discomfort. The M6p has a nice low midrange tone (more on the mid side), giving a sense of weight and vibration. This bass feels fast enough to make the music all the more vibrant, not too soft to master the lyrical and slow so it fits well with Pop, EDM.

Mid

The mid-section of the M6p is progressive in the world of earphones. Although the bass is quite a lot, playing well and dark background but the mid section is quite good and clean. Many mids are focused on low mid. Louis Armstrong’s or Allan Taylor’s male voices are very masculine, thick and unattractive. What a wonderful world is M6p show the true quality but still cheerful, love life in the voice of male singer Louis Armstrong. The high mid section should be sufficient, not high and less susceptible to sibalance. Because of the slightly roll off vocals, vocal female vocals such as Yao si ting, Celine Dion will not be able to perform perfectly, all are slightly down and slightly lacking in prominence.

But with the lyrical and girlish Folk accents like Amber Rubarth in “You will love this song”, M6p’s voice is quite good, gentle as the wind and still deep warm. The detail of the vocals on the M6p is quite good, of course, the slightest picking out is not possible with the headphones below $50, with the acoustics towards the boom in the bass strings, but compared to the products. At the same price range, the M6p does not come cheap, including mid-range headphones. With a thick midrange and no back, the M6p performs quite well with instruments such as saxophone or cello, fullness. Two hours of cellar music on both sides of the Down Home are well presented, thick and strong.

Treble

Because of the overall sound is quite dark so of course the treble of M6p will not be as high and sharp as the headphones designed to play this part. In some of the light folk songs like Mountain Dew, the flutes are slightly behind, carrying a bit dark and sweet but not high. Treble never gets sibalance because up to a paragraph is roll off. But to be fair, this is still a pretty good treble for a bass player. Foreign sites such as Head-Fi also rated the M6p’s treble as a big step forward in MEE’s past, with details as well as brightness that have been increased to make the earpiece more airy. The treble is not so secretive, so it’s easy to reproduce enough sound on the M6p. One thing to note is that since the sound is so thick, the sound from the M6p always feels full, full of feeling, but not as thin and clear as some ears do in the direction of light!

Summary

The MEE M6p is indeed worthy of a reputation for being a good earphone in the price range. Headphones are designed to be sturdy, fit for the active person, the quality of the finishing and the feeling of fit are not objectionable. M6p is also aimed at young people and sports enthusiasts so that the sound is tune in the direction of strong, deep bass, mid sweet and slightly dark, treble enough and not too sharp.
