Marshall Emberton’s overall tonality is Marshall’s signature fiery V-Shape, with a spiky texture. Despite its small size, the bass range of the Marshall Emberton is very powerful and has a lot of weight. The treble band is emphasized around 9kHz, and is energetic. Going deeper into the bass range. Marshall Emberton’s bass was cut at 60Hz but between 60 and 80Hz did too well the sub-bass needed in a rock track. The mid bass is stretched but not out of control, the sound is very firm and sharp compared to the same size speakers. Marshall Emberton’s bass is not pulled tail as much as Sony’s EXTRABASS speaker, so the bass feels faster.
The mid band on the Marshall Emberton is thick and warm, a bit backward compared to the other 2 bands.
