ASUS quickly introduced the new Z490 series of motherboards, supporting and promising to unleash the full potential of 10th Gen Intel Core CPUs. Among the new motherboards is the ROG Maximus XII Formula model for Gamers who like to play with lines when equipped with a water block.
The Maximus XII Formula board has a huge 16+0 power phased array and is further enhanced by its aggressive beauty with VRM Crosschill EK III armor. Not only that, but this motherboard also supports users to play with water cooling when equipped with a CrossChill water block designed and coordinated with the famous EKWB component cooling company. The CrossChill EK III hybrid heatsink is ASUS’s best-ever performance VRM heatsink, and it’s capable of cooling up to 50°C over a standard air cooler.
There is also a screen that shows the POST code, and the power and restart buttons are located in the upper right corner of the board. These buttons will help the user power on and test the system before installing the liquid cooling system.
