Products in my hand coded SVP200S3 / 90GB, 90GB capacity – enough to install an operating system, applications and some gaming.
With a 2.5-inch size and very thin, the SSD is too small when standing next to a 3.5-inch HDDs.
Test content includes:
– The hard disk benchmark software: Crystal DiskMark, AS SSD, ATTO Disk Benchmark, HD Tune Pro, HD Tach.
– Boot time and shutdown: Windows 7 Ultimate operating system.
– Time to copy and extract data: copy weighs 1.16 GB folder containing JPEG files 290; Heavy mkv file copy 1.86 GB; extracting file weighs 7.08 GB iso.
– Time to install applications: StarCraft II and Office 2010 (the installer is located in the partition to install the operating system).
* Note: due to the speed of the SSD depends on many factors such as size, number of write / erase, motherboard chipset … so the results below for reference only relative. Particularly the results will be a big difference if compared with other drive capacity.
Hard disk benchmark software: Crystal DiskMark – AS SSD
The first is the most commonly used software to evaluate the hard drive: Crystal DiskMark. I used two types of bench is 0x00 and Random. SSDs top 1, 2 This bench-style result in huge differences. Why?

V + 200 and Force 3 pretty equal in speed. AS SSD V + 200 points beat Force 3 a bit higher: 384 compared with 377.

Hard disk benchmark software: ATTO Disk Benchmark
Contrary to AS SSD, ATTO Disk Benchmark software proved to be the most permissive. Set the required data access in the best state, the ATTO benchmark results of hard drive manufacturers are being “quiche”, set as specifications sent to the user. So all the main 2 SSD are super impressive results: Read 559 MB / s and writes 504 MB / s – even more than its given parameters.
Hard disk benchmark software: HD Tune Pro – HD Tach
HD Tune Pro over again V + 200 and Force 3 back inconclusive. HD Tune Pro recorded top speed of V + 200 is higher, however this rate appears only in moments should not mean anything. Average read speed of both 2 are about 360 MB / s.
HD Tach tests, by mistake, I drive WD Caviar Black 500GB bench and only long benchmark results. Blue drive will a little slower.
