Porsche Design has worked with Quanta, Intel and even Microsoft to make Book One. This is a praiseworthy effort when a German supercar manufacturer, from the design of the phone, headphones to the laptop through.
The heart of this gorgeous unit is its latest 7GHz Core i7 chip, 16GB RAM and 512GB hard drive. It also comes with a 13.3-inch QHD display. As a manufacturer only for high-end customers, Porsche Design has only one version for a very high price: nearly 2500 USD. Although this is extremely expensive compared to similar hardware, but users will enjoy the advanced facilities that it brings, such as the hinges.
Unlike the Surface Book, Porsche Design took one step further to completely rebuild the laptop’s hinges. Looks like they will work like a gearbox on a car, and it’s made of polished metal to enhance the beauty of the laptop. It can fold up to 360 degrees and disassemble the screen to turn into a tablet.
Because of the design of the special hinges, the screen is much closer to the keyboard.
