Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X is a good product in every way: form, performance, price, components, heat dissipation.
Contrary to Nvidia, AMD’s R7 and R9 generations are fairly massive. However, despite the full presence of almost all the price range from popular to high-end, Vietnamese users do not seem care with this new series of products. This is due in part to the fact that the product itself is not attractive, and partly due to the madcap hunting of the Bitcoin Virtual Plow. Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X
From the time of AMD’s first generation R7 VGA R9 series, I was stunned by Sapphire’s design. They care for the product from box to VGA. The Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X is no exception. Gamers certainly like this.
The card is carefully packed inside, with a shock-proof plastic bag and a foam case to protect the product.
Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X has a very subtle design. Card length is just enough, not too short to be bad or too long to cause difficulties for the small chassis as well as increased pressure put pressure on the main.

The Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X is equipped with two DVI ports, an HDMI port and a DisplayPort port. With these output ports, users can output three screens simultaneously for both entertainment and work.
It comes with 2 manuals, a driver disc, a DVI-Dsub port and a Molex-6pin transfer cable.
Now go to the part that I like the most: open the radiator detector components. The heat sink is very firmly attached to the circuit board and must be swiveled for a short time before being removed.

Excellent heat dissipation with large soles and 2 large diameter copper heat pipes. Heat-treated aluminum foils are cleaned and straightened. The only minus point is that the heat pipes are not nickel-plated with antioxidants, over time will surely get duller.
Sapphire is pretty careful when attaching a screw seal to each of the screw holes to keep the heat sink as rigid as possible without damaging the GPU and motherboard.
While the heat sink and board are relatively good, Sapphire only runs the card at 925/1400 MHz, which is equivalent to AMD’s ref.
TriXX – Sapphire’s OC Toolkit
Sapphire has developed their own pretty OC tool called TriXX. Or that the TriXX allows for extra voltage boost and pulse-to-comfort, while both the MSI AfterBurner and the AMD Overdrive lock the voltage, pulling only the bare 1050 MHz.
The TriXX fully identifies the information of the VGA, BIOS version and driver being used.
OC parameters are simple, intuitive. Users can save overclocking parameters of up to 4 profiles to call at any time. However, the TriXX lacks the Power Limit.
The Fan Control feature allows you to adjust the fan speed according to the temperature levels. With this feature, users can balance between cooling efficiency and noise in all cases.

Overclocking – Temperature – Noise
The moment I performed this test, the room temperature was 26 degrees Celsius.
First mention of TriXX – Sapphire overclocking software makes its products. While MSI AfterBurner and AMD Overdrive only allow up to 1050/1500 pulse, with TriXX, I am not constrained by this. This is extremely useful because the highest clocked R7 265 Dual-X is clocked at 1150/1600 MHz.
At this pulse, performance is up pretty much, up to 22.8%!
Operation temperature of Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X (bench temperature 26 ° C, benchtable):
– Idle: 28 degrees C.
– Gaming (Default 925/1400 MHz): 59 degrees Celsius; Fan 42% ~ 2420 rpm.
– Gaming (@ 1250/1500 MHz): 65 degrees C, fan 43% ~ 2715 rpm.
During the test period, the heatsink worked perfectly smoothly. I try to speed up the fan speed, the noise at some speeds as follows:

Summary
My comments on the Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X just in one word: Good! Good performance, reasonable price, nice appearance, good components, temperature is good – this is all the users find in a graphics card. In terms of p / p alone, the Sapphire R7 265 Dual-X is still a bit lower than the Zotac GTX 660 Synergy is in price range. However, the overall rating (in terms of formality, temperature), the card Sapphire is no less, even marginally better players who are the formidable. In addition, the overclockability of the product is also impressive, up to 20% performance
However, the R7 265 Dual-X is not a complete product and still has 2 minus points. Firstly, the card does not overclock even though the motherboard and components are quite good. Second: warranty period lasts only 2 years.
