The average write speed measured through the USB 2.0 port is lower, reaching only 24.3MB / s and the readout path is also jagged.
Switching to ATTO software, the Seagate Expansion 1TB hard drive reads / writes 33MB / s and 26MB / s respectively via USB 2.0.
Meanwhile, USB 3.0 read / write speeds are up to 90MB / s, nearly three times higher than those measured through USB 2.0.
