The Sengled Smart Wi-Fi LED is a dimmable A19 bulb with an E26 fitting, meaning it can fit into any standard light socket. It has a diameter of 2.3 inches and a length of 4.2 inches, giving it a maximum output of 800 lumens, which is roughly the magnitude of a 60-watt light bulb. It is a 16-million-color bulb with a color temperature range between 2000 and 6500 Kelvin and is rated with a lifespan of 25000 hours.

This is a Smart Wi-Fi LED with an embedded radio that works at a frequency of 2.4 GHz and so connects direct into your home network. Thus, in terms of remote control, it’s basically putting a finger up at Hue and Philips.

Just screw the bulb into an outlet, turn it on, and download the mobile app. Create an account with your email address and password, tap Start, then tap Add Device. Select Smart Wi-Fi Bulb from the list of devices and use your phone to scan the QR code located on the side of the box. Next, pair the bulb to your Wi-Fi network and enter your Wi-Fi password, name the bulb and assign it to a room and you’re done.

The LED worked perfectly in the test. The color quality is superb, and the bulb responds instantly to on, off, and color-changing commands using the mobile app. It also never missed a schedule and reacted instantly to the Scenes I created. Alexa voice commands to turn the bulb on and off and change the color and white temperature of the bulb instantly, and my IFTTT app to have the bulb turn red when the Arlo camera detects motion perfect motion. The power usage data matched the readings from my Kill-A-Watt meter great.
