Design

This is an On-Ear headphone but has a cups made like a Fullsize headset. This part will hold the entire ear, with the large ear cushion will touch a little. The cups have a small swivel section, swiveling from front to back so users can customize their ears to fit.

Headphones are made of plastic so of course they can not be as certain as metal earbuds, but so the headphones are quite light, giving a light feel.

The buffer is made very thick, even thicker than many traditional HD headphones. The ear cushion is slightly flattened to avoid tangling in the pair.

On the cord there is a small microphone for handsfree talking, along with a mid button to next track on the music.

The jack is L-shaped, quite thin to fit in neat pockets with mobile devices.

Sound

The Senheiser HD 4.20s can not be as heavy bass as Sony’s extra bass headphones, but the sound quality of the ear is much better. In general, the headphones are lightly pressed on the bass but the mid and treble are not pushed too deep. The sound quality of HD 4.20s is more complete, much more plentiful than the HD 2.10.

That said, the bass is still part of Sennheiser’s slightly better than the other parts. The bass volume is moderate to high. Trying with Specter from Alan Walker, the bass does not hit the head like a XB550AP from Sony, but it’s still high in volume.
