Autofocus: 49 points, locks on fast in decent light. You can tweak focus area, mode, and speed, which is nice if your shooting style doesn’t match the defaults.
It is capable of recording video in 4K UHD at 24fps and Full HD 1080p at 120fps for slo-mo effect with a variety of video recording modes that include All-I and IPB compression with external recording via HDMI.
Another unique feature is the internal recording of CinemaDNG raw video, a high-end uncompressed format that affords considerable flexibility during postproduction. Further, it has the ability to output 12-bit raw video signal via HDMI to an external recorder for coloring.
On top of that, the Sigma FP offers many helpful video features such as focus peaking, zebras, and waveform monitoring for accurate exposure and focus. It also has a built-in microphone, plus a 3.5mm mic jack for connecting an external mic, plus a headphone jack for audio monitoring.
