SJCAM SJ6 Legend has a familiar canal similar to that of SJCAM products that Biareview has reviewed. Outstanding product information is printed on the outside as a 2-inch touch screen, 30 meters water resistance, 2 front and back screens, GYRO anti-shake system and 4K video recording at 24fps.

User experience
The SJCAM SJ6 Legend has a 2 inch display screen that is just enough for an action camera to ensure a compact size. Resolution is only 320×240 pixels, but also quite clear.
Users can choose the mode of recording or capture with touch, user friendly interface. From the display, dragging from the top will come out a toolbar, the interface is quite like the status bar on Android devices.
The camera resolution of the SJ6 Legend is 16MP, f / 2.5 aperture with 7 lens layers, wide angle up to 166 degrees. This camera sensor is Panasonic’s (MN34120PA). The SJ6 Legend can record 4K movies at 24fps, 2k 30fps, Full HD 60fps, 720p at 120fps and VGA at 240fps, which can be said to be a strong configuration in the $200 segment.
In terms of shooting ability, the image is a bit darker than the real thing, the color is not bright and the contrast is not high. In retrospect, the high resolution holds good detail for the image, so even when zoomed in, the details look good. SJ6 Legend allows RAW photographers, so if you do not like your eyes, you will be spoiled for later.
In terms of filming ability, SJ6 Legend’s GYRO vibration resistance works very well in the following video shot at 60 fps Full HD resolution, even when connected to a handheld tripod, I was not sure if I was holding hands but the image was still pretty smooth.

The SJCAM SJ6 Legend’s 4K video recording capability is not very powerful, and the sensor still limits the frame rate to 24fps, so the video feels silly.
The sharpness is moderate, the resolution of 2k and 4k is not really necessary, especially when sharing on social network, however, if the user has the knowledge to edit, post-editing. Should film at 2K or 4K to make a post at Full HD and when necessary can zoom / crop to give higher detail. Filming in MOV format will be of higher quality than MP4, which is obviously a waste of memory, though the memory card support of up to 128GB is flexible enough for the user.
Battery life
In terms of battery life, the capacity of the battery on the SJ6 Legend is 1000mAh, I tested it from full charge to continuous shooting until the battery shut off automatically, this camera reached 1 hour and 57 minutes high.
