When it was first launched, Cloud Earbuds had a product box that could be said to be “Extremely good”, extremely eye-catching, and showing the investment of Kingston. This is a game that needs headphones with good sound separation of the Treble and Mid bands as well as good detail to capture as much information about the enemy as possible. Sound quality when listening to music

Cloud Earbuds do a great job with the Mid sound quality, making the singer’s voice not too bright, nor too dark, very suitable for the tester’s ears. Treble produces an electric guitar sound with average detail and up some parts, it loses detail and creates chaos at times. Finally, as we said, the Bass range of Cloud Earbuds is a point behind compared to other headphones. Because this is a gaming headset, playing games will not need much Bass, just enough to create a bouncing force for the song. Indeed, the Drum sound in the song is very well represented, the bass drums are not too deep, just enough to create a force for the song.

Next is Pop and EDM music, the tester uses 2 familiar songs, Fool Again by Westlife and Tremor by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

Cloud Earbuds with an emphasis on the Treble and Mid bands are relatively bright, still, very well reproduce the gentle melodies of Fool Again, and the singers’ voices are still clear, in this genre of music, the headphones need the warmth of the Mid sound so that the singer’s voice is not dry and unnatural. However, Cloud Earbuds will still serve gamers well to relax with this type of music.

With Tremors, classic EDM music will need a Bass that is both powerful and deep, Cloud Earbuds proved to be quite inferior to the Razer Hammerhead competitor. If you listen to some genres of Chill Step music and are not a bass fan, these songs will still be able to respond very well without causing any disappointment.

Perhaps Cloud Earbuds will be very suitable for mixed listening needs (Listening to many genres) thanks to their balanced sound quality, not pressing on any sound range, the Mid quality is quite sweet and easy to listen to, and the Treble is bright enough to be sharp enough. Because the amount of Bass is not enough “degrees”, some fans of EDM may not be satisfied, or will not meet perfectly for Bass-loving music players! Don’t forget, as a headset for Gaming, you should not expect too much from the ability to listen to music, if your listening needs are only moderate, not fussy, this will be a great choice.

Microphone Quality

Microphones that come with In-Ear headphones and Earbuds are usually not of good quality like Fullsize Headset headphones. Cloud Earbuds are no exception, although they can’t soundproof well and has a certain clarity, what this tiny Microphone brings is not bad at all, the voice is still clearly recognized.
