amazon Urbanista Paris reviews
Open the box
As always, Urbanista’s box is always beautiful and outstanding compared to other brands. The Paris version I have here is Olive green, and right here in the box we have seen this.
The two most notable features that the company advertises on the back are 20 hours of music playing and the ability to charge wirelessly in the box. Wireless charging is great, but it’s not yet common in TWS headsets, which can help you charge your ear with the Qi charging dock of your phone or with high-end devices from Huawei and Samsung.
The headset and charging box are neatly placed inside.
The accessories of the headset include 2 rubber pads and a short USB Type-C charging cord. Paris cushions are quite special, shorter than normal to be able to bring the driver closer to the user, but I tried other types of cushion still fit.
Like Apple’s AirPods and AirPods Pro, Paris is a pair of ‘Inearized’ headsets from the Stockholm TWS product that are already on Urbanista’s market, so the design is somewhat similar.
First, we have a pair of headphones that have a ‘tail’ quite similar to AirPods, with two functions that bring the microphone closer to the user’s mouth to increase the ability to talk, and also a touch screen to receive call, song transfer, call virtual assistant.
The difference, of course, is that the part that the user wears on the ear, instead of being a flat surface, has a sound duct like many other Inear headphones. But like AirPods Pro, Paris does not adhere to the user’s ear canal, creating a higher comfort, avoiding the phenomenon of pressure, but in return, it also reduces the noise protection part. Depending on the use of each person, the ability to reduce sound insulation is a advantage or a disadvantage!
What makes the pair different is the charging box, which is a small box no less than the AirPods Pro. This box provides the headset with 3 charges, with each use of 5 hours continuously, the total usage time is increased to 20 hours.
The charging box as mentioned above has a built-in wireless charger, which makes it possible to charge it on the road if you own the power sharing feature. Hopefully in the future many companies will apply wireless charging to their TWS headphones.

Launched at the same time as Athens, Paris has similarities with these high-end headphones, both of which go in a slightly dark tone, pressing heavily on the bass strip to increase the vibrancy. But when going to the strip, we still find the differences, largely due to the different ways of wearing these two pairs of headphones.
The first is the bass range – we have a more residual bass range than average, which is spread evenly from the sub bass range to the mid bass. Compared to Athens, this bass is pushed higher due to the tighter way of wearing, while Paris seems to be more open so the force is also somewhat reduced. The mid bass has a good beat, especially the drums in the New Favorite song by Alison Krauss, we also see the tension of the drum surface. The sub bass is not small, but there is also no explosion of Athens, but it is characterized by a fairly warm expression, so the whole sound of Paris is quite comfortable. If you put Stockholm (fairly low bass) and Athens (bass boom) at the two extremes, then we can put Paris in the middle.
The mid part of Paris is still made according to the common sound quality: gentle, warm and comfortable. The Carpenters group in The End of the World was put back to create a laid back feeling, and there wasn’t much high-mid so it didn’t cause glare. Like the bass part, due to the looser way of wearing than Athens, Paris made the singer have a bit more sound, ‘spreading’ to the ears rather than focusing in the middle of the listener’s head. This mid style is really ‘smooth’, combined with a very comfortable wearing style, which helps us listen to Paris for hours without feeling tired.
Like the tradition of Urbanista, Paris does not put treble bands on the top, so this part is weaker than the pairs of headphones available on the market. This part is light, not high and more sweet than showing the brightness, metal. For the overall soundstage of Paris, this is a treble suitable for those who love the brightness, high striking, will definitely have to find another pair of headphones (such as Noble Falcon for example).
Great choice for those who listen to music indoors!
If Athens is a pair of headphones designed for those who like to wear headphones during exercise, then Paris ‘fills the void’ for a pair of headphones to enjoy music in the house because of the lack of resistance Water and sound insulation level are just fine. But in return, we still get a pair of stylish headphones, low latency due to Bluetooth 5.0 apt-X, wireless charging (very rare today) and warm, comfortable sound quality.
– Very compact charging box, high mobility
– There is unique wireless charger
– Unique colors, not boring
– Wear comfortable, no need to cause discomfort
– Warm sound quality, clear and comfortable
– Lower price than Athens
– The ability of sound insulation stops at a stable level
– Treble may be weak
