Even when combined with a light source like the iPhone + Cyain C6, the midrange of SM2 still has its characteristic darkening, albeit diminished considerably. But the strength of the mid SM2 is that the details are very good. That is the point that makes SM2 different from the headphones at a lower price.

Mid is made extremely clear and hits a lot of mid basses. Treble

Since I feel on the midrange and bass bands, SM2-iFI was not strong on the treble band. Treble SM2 has a modest amount, not much, and is not completely lost.
