If only a glimpse, many people will mistake Nokia Lumia 928 with Nokia Lumia 920, because the exterior design is not so much different and simple to the monotonous. You can see some of the biggest differences on the back of these two phones: the Lumia 928 has a Xenon flash. Longer than the LED flash on the Lumia 920. And the loudspeaker of the Lumia 928 is a hole on the back of the large, easy to see.
The Lumia 928 is kinda like, sort of an alternate version, only with two colors black and white, and it doesnt get as bright as the Lumia 920. Also the 928 feels more long side, more narrow, and just a bit thinner than the Lumia 920 but at the same time it’s lighter. The Lumia 920 weighs in at 185 grams , while the Lumia 928 lands at 162 grams, and you really feel that gap when you’re holding the phone in his hand. The Lumia 928 feels solid, especially when the user is gripping the device, and it most likely uses a metal frame even if the outer body is made from plastic
The screen of the Lumia 928 is the same size and resolution as the Lumia 920 but it goes with an AMOLED panel type , with high brightness and a wide viewing angle. Colors show up on that brilliant display with excellent contrast. The Lumia 928 displays well in bright light, giving users the ability to manipulate or read content easily in the sun. Another special feature is the screen of the machine is able to identify the touch point from the user’s hand, whether they wear gloves.

Lumia 928 uses Windows Phone 8 operating system, grid interface of the operating system is not as customized as Android, but each manufacturer still have ways to refine their own style. The video app is also thrown into the Music + Video Hub, with a super simple kinda interface, that backs DivX and Mp4 files up to 1080p, but it does n’t handle MKV , nor AC3 audio formats.
The Lumia 928 comes with an 8 megapixel camera using PureView tech and Carl Zeiss optics. Like the Lumia 920, too. What really stands out on the Lumia 928 is the Xenon flash , it lets you capture pretty well when the lighting gets bad, you know low light scenes. The pictures made with the Lumia 928, where Xenon flash is used in darker rooms, still show pretty vivid and bright colors.
Nokia also added Smart Shoot on the Lumia 928, this feature enables up to eight snapshots when the shutter button is pressed, after that the user can pick the best one. There is also the “change” face of each person in the photo, and well, even remove parts that are not desired anymore.

Conclude
Design is not much change, the processor is the same, it can be said Lumia 928 is an upgrade version of the Lumia 920. Anyway, Lumia 928 still has some worthwhile improvements: better screen, same flash Xenon (not all phones are equipped with this type of flash).
