– All parameter data is displayed on both the watch and the Zepp application on the phone, through Zepp, the user will have a more detailed view and receive statistics about their health by time of day, month, and year: I usually track walking data, calories burned, heart rate, and stress levels (on days when I see a high level of stress, I use the Suggestion feature to practice breathing above a watch to breathe in and out, calm down a bit).
