amazon Adidas Crazy Explosive PK reviews
Design / Material:
The whole body of the shoe is made from Primeknit, and ultra-thick inner bootie from neoprene and net fabric gives a luxurious feel from the inside to the lower on basketball shoes. The wool is quite elastic, though not yet with the Ultra Boost, but quite thick. The cheaper mesh version made from net fabric is also quite ok; it’s just that it doesn’t feel worth it. CE is also a pair of high-heeled shoes that are smooth when the ankles are unobstructed, and the shoe is easily accessible.
Adidas continues to use only four pierced holes for Crazy Explosive, which is quite strange when CE has a lot more material than Crazylight Boost 2016. The two side holes are lower than normal, connected to the cable under the wool layer. Large round shoelaces are pretty, but you need to tie them properly to avoid slipping off while walking. At the same time, it should not be too tight because it will increase the pressure on the cable cord.
One of Crazy Explosive’s more enlightening things at the moment is the extraordinarily Boost base. Cover the Boost layer on the outer edge of the plastic layer or roll cage. Unlike Crazylight, Adidas covers both the heels and the toe and “punches” the holes in the heel to show off the Boost class after it. I wonder if this is the case, but the exposed Boost part looks and feels softer than the other side.
Shoe soles are a combination of Kobe XI’s groove, the curved base of Crazy 97, and the same form of maze or “coral” as Adidas’ main page said. Under Boost is an 8-digit image that helps protect the soles of the feet and stabilizes Boost, almost similar to Rose 5, 6, or any sports shoes with any other Boost.

Fit
The Crazy Explosive has been described with many terms: 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, or simply A+. The material and wool almost hug the foot from toe to heel for a secure feeling that does quite well in terms of “flattering.” Initially, the heel pad may feel a bit tight, but this discomfort fades after a few breaks. The fit is the best and most rewarding part of Crazy Explosive. There are no comparable shoes from Adidas in this trilogy or even for the entire year.
There are plenty of ventilation holes inside the shoe, and at least the outside of the bootie layer is endowed with denser holes, so the shoes feel cooler. At least I think so, I am not really able to trial that during hot seasons. Crazy Explosive could be pinned for rather complicated leg pain if you force it, but otherwise, tight and a little uncomfortable at first were the only things that nothing there could be criticized.
Traction
As the base of the CE kicks with an upward curvature quite runny in its feel, this configuration tightens the sole’s angle with the ground and adds somewhat of friction to its workings. Soft rubber material helps fend off dust, but you are usually not working at high speed with these beasts like with Crazylight Boost. Say “slow but steady,” and you’ll nail it, but we can guarantee you hardly slide and easily whip around in these lands. Anyway, CE should be J.Wall 3.
Otherwise, a shining factor for the base is that you wouldn’t even have to wipe it off at the club. Still, the rubber does offer a frail feel that is even more fragile compared to any other shoe. Smudge-worthy, scratch-worthy, and peel-worthy, it would be your nightmare. I hit the streets with them only a couple of times, and I swear I was pulling away the upper rubber layer with my hand! But a larger version of the lower rubber also has (most probably) a better grip.
Cushioning
The real biggest difference always is in the toe of the shoe. The CE toe, as mentioned above, is curved and rounded, while Boost underfoot is simply much less compared to what you see from the inside and outside. This was maybe done by Adidas to lift up the angle and give support in jamming it down. But then that really makes you feel a bit cheated.
Performance and Durability
Outsole Design
The Crazy Explosive PK offers a trademark outsole design that emphasizes court durability and performance. The outsole is made from rubber, and it generates excellent grip and traction on diverse surfaces. The tread pattern enhances stability and resists slipping, making the shoe suitable for sudden movements and cuts so players can keep going at it while focusing entirely on themselves while playing.
Flexibility
Maybe the most flexible among the Crazy Explosive PKs. This applies the Primeknit construction and, with respect to the outsole, the shoe would follow the forefoot in bending naturally and in movement. A very positive trait of this flexibility of the Crazy Explosive PK is for a basketball player either going to push back during a quick run, cut, pivoting in an unexpected direction. The shoe possibly could lend support in these movements-in lessening the stress upon the foot and more enhanced performance.
Durability
When it comes to durability, the Adidas Crazy Explosive PK excels. The high-quality materials and fine craftsmanship give the shoe the ability to stand up to the rigors of heavy court use. In addition to being highly resistant to wear and tear, the Primeknit upper stays in shape, and the rubber outsole stays intact after long-term use. Such durability makes the Crazy Explosive PK a worthy investment for those looking forward to a dependable and value-for-money basketball shoe.
