amazon Jabra Elite Sport reviews
Elite Sport is Jabra’s premium range of wireless sports headphones. That’s why the headset is equipped with all the supporting technologies that the company has as well as the most complete sound in this product.
Unlike other products such as Halo Free or Sport Coach, the Elite Sport is a pair of “wireless” headsets complete with two headset earphones. This product is much higher priced than the low and midrange ones, but also because it is equipped with a lot of good technology and of course the most complete sound.
The headphones are still boxed in Jabra’s signature style: paper boxes with two shades of gray and yellow.
The back side prints some information from the headset, the most outstanding of which is a warranty period of up to three years, including the presence of water.
And like the front-of-the-line products, the Elite Sport also has a box open way butterfly-shaped, which introduces ancillary software to the product.
Headphones and accessories are neatly placed on a plastic cover. Here a heart-shaped print, suggesting this pair of earphones can measure heart rate.
The kit includes two sets of ear pads to give the headset a tighter fit and six different ear tips. I highly underestimate these sets because they are short, hard to fit with those with long ear tubes. An external sponge, like the Spinfit, feels a lot better
Similar to other wireless headsets on the market, Elite Sport is equipped with a charging cradle for headphones.
The box is charged via the micro USB port provided in the box. The battery life of the headset is 3 hours, not really impressive because of the small battery design. But when combined with the box, the time of nearly 10 hours.
The headset consists of two sides, in which the part should be the main part of the receiver, and then synchronize with the left ear. The outer surface of the right ear has a stop / play button, while the left side has a volume up / down button. If you just want to use Elite Sport as a headset, you can use the right ear and left in the box, right ear can work independently and have a microphone to talk, very convenient.
Because of the need to place all of the components on the ear piece, Elite Sport is made to be quite thick, so these earphones are suitable for those with middle or large ears. if you has small ears but choose the right sponges, the headset is also comfortable, tight, followed by good sound insulation is not bad.
As mentioned above, this is a high quality product of Jabra, so it equips a lot of tech support for sports players. In addition to location tracking, exercise time as the product is lower, the Elite Sport is equipped with a heart rate monitor in the right ear, so that users can monitor their health while exercising.
There is also a technology called Hear Through which, when activated, decreases the volume of the headset so that users can hear sounds outside. This is a nice feature, if listening to music to talk to anyone, just activate it rather than leaving the headset completely out to hear what the other is saying.
Elite Sport is not only “tucked” full of auxiliary features but also a pair of earphones with the most complete sound than the pair of headphones with the same brand I used. Overall, the Elite Sport still has a slightly darker overall tone, more emphasis on the bass to stimulate activity but there are more finely tuned strips, not sinking too.

The pitch of the headphones is quite high, unlike the V-shape earphones, the Elite Sport packs a lot of sub bass rather than mid bass. So the drum sound makes the heavier and deeper feel hard and fast. For a light-hearted musician like me, this bass might be a little overwhelming, but for anyone who listens to or hears Pop and Dance, this is not a problem. Slow speed, the cello in Alison Krauss’s Deeper than crying does not end immediately, but the tail is very pronounced.
However, the differences of the headset compared to other products of the same brand in the middle. The midrange is moved forward, not mixed into the bass as Halo Free. Unlike the deep bass and the midrange, the midrange remains silent due to the low sound. Female voice Amber Rubarth in Letter from my lonelier self in bright and sweet, just right. The low mid (low mid) is not thick so listen to not blemished and especially not stick with the drum, so much drum but not into the singer’s voice. Elite Sport is certainly not the perfect pair of earbuds for light-weight music, but the centerpiece of the headphones is not bad, so you can still listen to Ballad without feeling lost.
The high pitch of the headphones is not as sharp and the volume of the headphones is slightly brighter. But this is a reasonably high sound.
One big advantage of Elite Sport is that the negative lag is made very low for a pair of headphones of this type. What kind of headset is this? With complete wireless headsets, the signal will have to go into the main ear, and then to the other ear, resulting in a greater latency than the wired ear. Earphones like the Moxpad M3 do not do good this part, so when watching movies always have the phenomenon before image then sounds very uncomfortable. The design is similar, but Elite Sport is a high-end product, better done so it does not happen.
