DESIGN AND FINISHING

I was startled when holding this headset in my hand. CCA CA16 Housing of CCA C16 resembles 96% of the top qdc Anole VX headphone model – worth nearly $ 2000.

This housing design will feel similar to the Custom headset model with extremely good ear grip and good sound insulation.

EXPERIENCE AND SOUND

As expected, the CCA CA16 housing is extremely neat and smooth on my ears. I have worn the qdc Anole VX, so I have a very solid feeling about it. The sound insulation of the CCA CA16 is great, making it ideal for wearing while performing on stage. I recommend using the upgraded Spinfit or Azla SednaEarfit ear tips for a more comfortable wearing experience for longer periods without ear pain because the included original tips are quite stiff. On another note, you should try it on before ordering for those with small ears because the CCA CA16 housing is only suitable for people with medium ear sizes and above.

Finally, I will combine CCA CA16 with Eartips Azla SednaEarfit XELASTEC + Xduoo XD05 PLUS Source for the sonic test.

To say no too much, this is the Audiophile headset with the boldest sound quality in 2020 that I hear in this price range. Bass hits well, deep down, handling both quality and quality well. The mid-range was never encroached on the band, airy, clear, and without mistakes. The treble bands are not so detailed, but they’re jingle, smooth, not harsh, and the sound is airy. Bass range

That is a very well-done tonal stripe on the CCA CA16. It reproduces the impressive depth, resolution, and volume in music.
The sub-bass has a distinctly balanced level of mid-bass tension.

On Gojira’s Drum Solo, each drum beat is poise and rounded. They are floating and separated from each other; we can easily distinguish each drum being knocked and their position in space. The response speed is very good; in fast drumming scenes, the bass is not stuck together. That is an unbelievable performance in a headset of this price.

Mid-range

Negative colors are shown to be quite neutral. Experimenting with Andrea Zonn’s Better Be Home Soon, the singer’s voice in the center stage stepped back a bit for a more spacious feel. The soft, natural humming notes are not thin, smooth, and very melodic. The guitar separates slowly, feels the bounce of the string. The details of the music are not super detailed but are slightly smoothed; combined with the ability to separate layers of remarkable instruments in the price range, CCA CA16 still reproduces a complex mid-range with many different sheet music compositions.

Treble Strip

Treble strip, in my opinion, is not too bright, up to, clean, spongy, and airy. It doesn’t have that tough, tough KZ feel at all. In Diana Krall’s The Love of Love, the cymbal is very natural, smooth, smooth, extremely pleasant.
