amazon SOMIC G910 reviews
Design
An indispensable part of the gaming headset is its extremely striking design and vibrancy. The G910 is not out of the box, with a strong design and great gameplay. The outer surface of the headphone is a large, transparent plastic to look into. Inside this plastic layer is a very large dragon shape, surrounded by a transparent circle. This is where the G910’s LED system is located, brighter than the small LED’s of the G909 Pro. The light is controlled by a button on the side of the ear, with 3 modes: off, continuous on and a mode that gamers call breathing, lights up and decreases the brightness, changing constantly.
Tai has two modes and CF and LOL, perhaps firm want said that the two modes for the two games series First Person Shooter and MOBA, not just the top two games. The G910 does not have the same “Sound Enhancement” mode as it does with the G909 Pro, which only has one sound. But the more advanced of the G910 is the ability to adjust the vibration intensity of the headset. On the right ear, there are 2 knobs for volume and 1 for vibration control. Talking microphone is placed in the left ear, can be pulled out from a small groove on the headphones.
The straps of the headphones are very thick and firm, with the white version being grayed out, while the black headphones are synchronized with color of the ear. At the end, there is also a small noise immunity, in order to reduce the magnetic noise caused by electricity. The headset uses a USB connector to provide enough power for the system’s LEDs, vibration and sound.
Practical experience
Headphones are padded and padded is very thick, so wear on the head feels quite comfortable, I wear to use watching movie is quite long, almost 2 hours but no pain in the ears.
Listen to music
One of the advantages of the G910 for the G909 Pro is that the bass is a bit more, so the Dance tracks are a bit more exciting. The sub bass is also a little more (or feels like that) when it comes to vibrating a little. When the subwoofer beats down, the headphones vibrate on the ears of the listener, creating a strange experience. The midrange of the headphones is quite punchy, but it’s a bit lacking in comparison to the headphones. The bass company does not clutter a single point, but spills a lot of space to create a lot of space for gaming and movie viewing, so music is a bit unnatural. The centerpiece of the headset is quite natural, a rather strange thing for a gaming headset like the G910, which is slightly better than the G909 Pro.
Trying for Sarah McLachlan’s The Rainbow connection, the singer’s voice is quite light and smooth, with no boxy sound. Of course, in the headphones to hear the vocals, the high mid section will be slightly better, which makes the singer soprano better than the G910, but this is also a special mid-natural for a game ear. Unless there is a high demand in the high mid range, mostly female vocalists such as Emily Loizeau, Sara McLachlan and Norah Jones, the G910 is not bad at all. The treble is placed behind the head, far away from the bass and mid due to the 7.1 emulation effect. Not high, not too much, played in a sweet way, not bright, less sibalance. Overall, this is a pretty good soundtrack for listening to music for a gaming ear; it does not take too much of a loss of natural bass, mid, mild and no electronic and treble sweetness does not create sibalance. If you avoid high-speed metal tracks or vocals that require a lot of technical skill, the G910 can fit into the gamers’ music.
Gaming
The names of the headset modes are CF and LOL, but we will replace them with two similar games, CS (Counter Strike) and Starcraft.
With a bass has little more force than the G909 Pro, the G910 has a slight advantage in the bullet shot in Counter Strike. In addition to the natural and detailed details, voice, bombshell and bomb sound are also clearer. Vibration can be adjusted according to the user’s preferences, the vibration of the G910 and the G909 Pro is slightly lighter than the P7, so as not to cause ear fatigue when playing games. The 7.1 feature set accurately identifies the direction of the opponent, in order to respond in time.
Starcraft requires less vibration, or a small boost to hear more characters. This game also needs location accuracy, in front of the back, two sides but also a little on the bottom because the view position is to cross the event is going on. G910 has quite a good response to this, along with overall sound enough to play this game pretty well. The G910 and G909 Pro play well in these tactical games, especially with online games. The two earphones have the advantage of having a microphone to chat voice.

Watch movie
Let’s start with an extremely classic movie called Starwars. This section includes both pure dialogue and fighting. As mentioned above, the G910 has a fairly natural mid-section to show the voices of good characters. Some movie buffs will probably like the G910 more if the demand is mainly for movies with lots of dialogue. The action is also very good with simulator 7.1.
With her movie, this is a completely emotional film about music and lyrics, so perhaps more suitable for a headset to listen to music. With an open back ear, like the K612 pro is using, this film will become wider. But the G910 does not seem to be a bad movie, as compared to many other gaming consoles as well. With such light-hearted films, it is advisable to turn off the vibration or to make it light enough to create the air, so overwhelming it will lose the naturalness of many of the music in the film.
