In terms of speaker construction, JBL GO owns a single 40mm driver, slightly larger than JBL Clip and 3W. At maximum volume, JBL GO can serve well a small and medium space, about 15 m2 refill. The sound of the JBL GO is quite harmonious, natural and easy to hear when clicked on the midrange quite plump, next to the treble band to show the details of the song without causing dazzling as other cheap speakers.
Speaking up a bit of bass, with its small size, no steam vent like the JBL Charge, JBL GO’s bass strings come mainly from the upper bass while the sub bass does not perform too well. However, this is an acceptable point on this speaker as it still plays well in classical, pop, jazz and just too much for dance, EDM, …
With its compact, easy-to-carry design, refined design, timeless battery life and harmonious, natural interplay between the three strips, JBL GO promises to be JBL’s new hit of medium range portable speakers.
